The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and ANRIS LABS LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of Vokani. They apply when you use the vokani.app website or join the waitlist. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The website and the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We can't promise a launch date, and we may change or close the waitlist.

Using the website

Please don't misuse the website or the waitlist: don't sign up other people without their permission, and don't try to disrupt or break into the site.

Ownership

The Vokani name and website belong to ANRIS LABS LLC or our licensors. These terms give you no rights to them beyond using the website as described here.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the website reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws that can't be waived, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending the agreement

You can leave the waitlist at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails. We may remove a sign-up that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell people on the waitlist by email before they take effect. If you keep using the website after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protection of those laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
