Who we are
Vokani is made by ANRIS LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ANRIS LABS LLC. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@vokani.app.
The short version
- The Vokani app isn't available yet. This policy covers the vokani.app website and the waitlist. We will add the app before it launches.
- The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
- We collect your email address only if you join the waitlist, and only to tell you when Vokani launches.
- We never sell or share your personal data for advertising.
The website and the waitlist
Visiting vokani.app
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts, and it loads no fonts or code from other companies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your device's internet address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use it to identify you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
Joining the waitlist

We don't store your internet address with your sign-up.
We send you two emails: one to confirm your address, and one when Vokani launches. Nothing else, unless you separately ask for more.
Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to support@vokani.app. We then delete your details.
If you don't confirm within 7 days, the link expires, and we delete unconfirmed sign-ups after 30 days.
Emails to support
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and help you. We delete support emails within 2 years after the conversation ends.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, stores the waitlist and forwards emails sent to support@vokani.app.
- Resend sends the confirmation and launch emails.
- Google (Google Workspace) is our email provider and stores support emails.
They act only on our instructions, under data processing agreements. Some of their processing may happen outside the EU and UK. Where it does, it is covered by safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- stop using it based on your consent. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect what we did before.
Write to support@vokani.app and we will answer within one month.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you live in California: we don't sell or share personal information as California law defines it, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Children
The waitlist is meant for adults. If you are under 16, please ask a parent to join it for you. If we learn that we have a child's email address, we delete it.
Security
The website and our emails use encrypted connections. Only we can access the waitlist, and we keep as little data as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects the waitlist, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
